Crispi Warranty Claim Process:

  • Warranty Coverage: Our products have a 12-month warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Not covered: wear and tear, improper use, chemical/mechanical damage, improper fit, comfort issues, prior claims, or non-Bene Footwear purchases.
  • Check for Damage: Ensure the damage is not due to wear and tear or inappropriate use, as these are not covered.
  • Return to Original Distributor: If covered, return the footwear to the original distributor with your receipt. Leave the footwear with them during the warranty assessment.
  • Evaluation Decision: Our team will assess the claim’s validity and either repair or replace the footwear. The final decision rests with our evaluation team.

Note: For replacements, the old boots will be kept by the distributor and not returned to the customer.
